摘要
为了探讨硒对富硒植物恩施碎米荠生理生化特性的影响,以Na2SeO3为硒源,设置0mg.L-1,15mg.L-1,30mg.L-1,45mg.L-1,60mg.L-1,75mg.L-1和90mg.L-1共7个不同质量浓度,探讨了水培条件下,硒对恩施碎米荠叶片抗氧化酶的影响.结果表明:硒质量浓度在15~90mg.L-1时,能促进叶片谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,酶活性与叶片含硒量在15~30mg.L-1呈正相关;≥30mg.L-1的硒处理能显著促进APX,CAT及POD的活性;SOD的活性在硒质量浓度为30~60mg.L-1时与对照组有显著性差异.促进恩施碎米荠叶片抗氧化酶活力的最适硒质量浓度是30~60mg.L-1.
The effects of selenium on the physiological-biochemical-characteristic in Cardamine enshiensis,which is a hyperaccumulator of selenium,was studied.The plant was cultivated in hydroponic culture without selenium and amended with increasing dosages of Na2SeO3 (15 mg·L-1,30 mg·L-1,45 mg·L-1,60 mg·L-1,75 mg·L-1 and 90 mg·L-1).The leaves were analyzed by antioxidative enzymes.The results show that the activity of GSH-Px is promoted when selenium addition ranged from 15 mg·L-1 to 90 mg·L-1,significant increase in the enzyme activity is positively related to selenium content at 15~30 mg·L-1.The activities of POD,APX and CAT are significant increased at Se addition levels≥30 mg·L-1.Increase in the activity of SOD shows significant difference to the control group at selenium addition 30~60 mg·L-1.The optimum selenium addition is 30~60 mg·L-1,in which the antioxidative enzymes activity of leaves can be improved in Cardamine enshiensis.
