摘要
目的 观察芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产手术中麻醉效果.方法 搜集本院妇产科2009年2月-2010年2月期间所收治的人工流产患者210例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组105例.观察组采用芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉;对照组单独采用丙泊酚进行麻醉,观察两组无痛人工流产手术中麻醉效果.结果 观察组和对照组的平均麻醉起效时间分别为（1.2±0.4）min和（1.8±0.7）min,两组差异有显著性（P＜0.05）：观察组意识恢复时间（6.8±1.5）min明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）：观察组无痛率100%,明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产手术中具有麻醉起效时间快、意识恢复时间短、镇痛效果好的优点,是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of fentanyl combined with propofol in induced abortion. Methods 210 patients undergoing induced abortion between February 2009 and February 2010 were randomly assigned to study group and control group, with 105 patients in each. The study group received both fentanyl and prupafol for anesthesia while the control group received propofol alone. Results The average onset time of anesthesia differed significantly between the study group and the control group [（1.2 ±0.4） rain vs. （1.8 ±0.7） rain, P〈0.05]; consciousness recovery time was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group and the analgetic effect was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Fentanyl com-bined with propofol for induced abortion has a faster onset time of anesthesia, a short time of consciousness recovery, and a better analgesic effect, and it is safe and worth popularizing.
