摘要
以湖北省2009年度17个市(地区)的农村经济指标数据为样本,建立了湖北省农村经济发展评价指标体系,运用因子分析法进行分析,提取出4个主因子,所得结论客观、可信,与现实情况吻合。最后给出了湖北省农村经济发展的政策性建议和实施方法。
According to the rural economic index data of 17 cities （regions） in Hubei Province in 2009, an index system for evaluating the rural economic development in Hubei Province was established, and a factor analysis was carried out, four main factors were extracted, the conclusions were objective and reliable, and tallied with the practical conditions, finally some politic suggestions and implementation methods were proposed for the rural economic development of Hubei Province.
