摘要
介绍了壳聚糖经碱处理后，与氯乙酸反应生成Ｏ－羧甲基壳聚糖的制备方法，并对其制备条件进行了研究，筛选出了最佳制备条件．结果表明，当壳聚糖与氯乙酸的摩尔比为１∶４、反应时间为８ｈ时，产品产率最高．
This paper introduces the preparation method and the best preparation conditions of O-carboxymethylchitosan from chitosan.The result showed that the yields are the greatest when the molar ratio of chitosan and chloroacetic acid is 1∶4 and the reaction times are 8 hours.
