教师实践性知识是教师个体在教育教学实践中用于积极解决复杂情境问题的、富有教育意蕴的、综合性的行动图式与专业智慧。表现为直觉行动、行为图式、实践理论与技能专长。它是难以捕捉和概括的,但又对教师的教育教学活动成败产生重大影响。
Practical knowledge of teachers in the teaching practice of individual teachers is comprehensive'action schema and professional wisdom full of educational meanings used in actively dealing with the complex situation.They are' manifested in the intuitive action,behavior schema,practical theory and skills expertise.It is difficult to capture and define,but it has a significant impact on the success of teachers education and teaching activities.
