曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病患者心功能的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病患者心功能的影响。方法:40例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组,20例)和曲美他嗪组(治疗组,20例),对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂以及β受体阻滞剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用国产盐酸曲美他嗪(山东瑞阳制药)20mg,3次/d口服,共6个月。观察治疗前及治疗后患者的超声心动图指标的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗组的超声心动图指标改善(P<0.05)、心功能改善(P<0.05),生活质量提高(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪可以辅助治疗缺血性心肌病患者,改善心功能。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Trimetazidine on the heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.Methods:Forty ischemic cardiomyopathy patients were divided into conventional therapy group(control group,20patients)and Trimetazidine therapy group(therapy group,20 patients).The control group patients were given basic treatment with digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker(ARB),and β-blocker,the therapy group,in addition to the basic treatment,were given Trimetazidine 20mg PO tid.The therapy was kept up for 6 months.Heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients was observed before and after L-carnitine treatment.Results:After treatment,left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)of patients decreased significantly and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients increased significantly in L-carnitine group,accompanied by decrease in blood glucose level.But the changes of blood lipid were not significant.Conclusion:Trimetazidine can be used as adjuvant therapy to improve the heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.
