摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗代谢综合征的疗效。方法:采用自愿原则,将120例MS患者按照自愿原则分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用药物综合治疗+调理脾胃针法(取中腕、水分、天枢、大横、中极、气海、足三里、丰隆、曲池、阴陵泉、三阴交、血海、太冲、太溪等。)。对照组只采用药物综合治疗,两组治疗2个疗程后,观察2组治疗前、后各项指标的变化及终止治疗2个月后比较2组体重、腰围、糖化血红蛋白及血压的变化。结果:药物综合治疗+调理脾胃针法对MS患者体重、腰围、血压、血脂、糖化血红蛋白及尿蛋白水平有良性调节作用,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(Pa(0.05)。结论:药物综合治疗+调理脾胃针法能有效减轻体重、腰围和改善胰岛素抵抗的作用,可改善MS患者糖、脂代谢,降低尿蛋白水平,对停药后防止病情复发及进展有重要意义。
Object：To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of metabolic syndrome.Methods：Using the voluntary principles,120 cases of MS patients will be divided into 60 cases of observation group and 60 cases of control group.The observation group uses the medicine complex therapy and needle spleen conditioning（Such as Zhongwan RN12 Shuifen RN19 Tianshu ST25 Daheng SP15 Zhongji RN3 Qihai RN6 Zusanli ST36 Fenglong ST40 Quchi LI11 Yinlingquan SP9 Sanyinjiao SP6 Xuehai SP10 Taichong LR3 Taixi KI3,and so on）,The control group only uses the medicine complex therapy.The changes in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,The changes of body weight,waist circumference,glycated hemoglobin and blood pressure were compared two months after termination of treatment between two groups.Results：The medicine complex therapy and needle spleen conditioning are beneficial in MS patients on weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipids,glycated hemoglobin levels and urinary protein levels,Comparing with contrasting a group,difference has statistically significant.Conclusion：The medicine complex therapy and needle spleen conditioning can have an effect to lose weight,waist circumference and the improvement insulin resistance function,MS patients also can improve glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce the level of urinary protein levels.They also play an important role in preventing relapse and progress after drug withdrawal.
