摘要
目的:观察柔肝活血方治疗膝关节骨关节炎(0A)的临床疗效,初步分析其改善患者症状和体征的机理。方法:选取膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别服用柔肝活血方和氨基葡萄糖。所有患者在服用受试药物治疗后0、2、4周,采用WOM-AC调查问卷,根据疗效标准进行判定评估;同时对不良反应等方面进行评估。结果:柔肝活血方在改善OA的症状、体征有显著效果,治疗组与对照组之间无明显差异。结论:应用柔肝活血方治疗膝关节骨关节炎,确实能起到柔肝活血、消肿止痛、改善关节功能的作用,且未发现有明显的临床毒副作用。
Objectives：To explore the clinical curative effect of Rougan Huoxue Fang（liver-softening and activating blood fomula pills）in treating osteoarthritic of knee joint（OA）and analyze its mechanism on how to relieve the symptoms and signs of the disease.Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two Groups including 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group,which were treated by liver-softening and activating blood fomula pills and glucosamine respectively.All patients were investigated with the WOMAC questionnaire in different end point（before treating,two weeks and four weeks after treating）,we evaluated clinical efficacy according to methods of standard curative effect.Other evaluations were carried out among the patients,including reactive protein C,interleukin-I and adverse effects etc.Results：Disease specific symptoms and physical signs and measured by the WOMAC questionnaire were significantly improved under liver-softening and activating blood fomula pills,there was no significant difference between the treatment and control groups,Conclusion：liver-softening and activating blood fomula pills,as a traditional Chinese medicine,were effective medication in improving OA patients＇ clinical symptoms and physical signs.
