膝宁方治疗肾阳虚寒湿证膝骨关节炎患者的康复评定 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察膝宁方与扶他林治疗肾阳虚寒湿证膝关节骨性关节炎患者的功能康复情况。方法:以膝宁方、扶他林分别治疗20例患者,通过膝关节骨性关节炎病情分级标准(WOMAC指数),可视模拟分度表(100mm VAS),药物不良反应等诸项观察指标评定治疗后康复效果。结果:治疗第4周从患者对关节炎疼痛的评估、患者对关节炎的总体评估、医师对关节炎的总体评估病情几方面比较,膝宁方与扶他林的疗效两者无显著性差异,而在WOMAC指数的比较上扶他林优于膝宁方。在体现疗效的平地行走疼痛100mmVAS值结果来看,两组缓解疼痛的效果是一致的。膝宁方在安全性方面要优于扶他林。结论:膝宁方与扶他林的治疗效果基本是一致的,都具有显著缓解病人膝痛,达到较好地康复治疗标准,达到治疗膝骨关节炎的目的。
