菱变是小方坯连铸常见的质量缺陷，菱变是由多因素引起的，文中跟踪分析了菱变的原因，并提出了控制菱变的措施。
Rhomboidity is an ordinary quality problem of small continous casting billet.It is complicated and decided by many factors.This paper searched out the cause of rhomboidity from different aspects and provided some measures to reduce rhomboidity.
