摘要
通过对生产的含铝钢中夹杂物来源的跟踪分析,确定Al2O3是夹杂的源头,其产生的主要原因是在结晶器内聚集生成并带入铸坯中的。通过对LF炉喂铝、钙处理等工艺的优化改进及相关措施的实施,解决了存在的问题,铸坯质量得到提高,并杜绝了夹杂物超标现象的发生。
Through tracking and analysis on the source of inclusion in aluminum steel, it is determined that Al2O3 is the source of inclusion, which congregates in the mould and is carried into the billet. Processes of LF wire feeding and calcium treatment are optimized and relevant measures are taken to settle the existing problems. The billet quality is improved and inclusion kept within the standard.
