摘要
从系统的硬件、软件结构角度介绍了穿孔机组在线检测及故障诊断系统，论述了故障信息的提取、故障诊断的方法及系统的特点。实践证明该系统在监测与预测故障方面取得很好的效果。
The article describes the online monitoring and fault diagnosis system for a piercing mill,the pick up of fault data,the method of fault diagnosis and system’s characters in terms of the structures of its hardware and software,which has proved itself to be effective for the monitoring and prediction of fault.
