摘要
新建本科院校图书馆有许多工作需要不断思考与准确定位。在文献资源建设方面,应该调整馆藏结构,加大新增专业的文献保障力度;在职工队伍建设方面,既要认识到提高馆员素质的重要性,又要实实在在地通过多种形式培养一批能从事复杂工作的专业馆员;要重视教育部的本科评估工作,一方面要想方设法增加馆藏量,另一方面又要注重开展多种服务工作;文献检索课是对读者进行信息素质教育的重要手段,图书馆要支持文献检索课教师的工作,尽可能为他们提供便利条件。
The newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities library have many works requirements to ponder and the accurate localization unceasingly.In the literature resources construction aspect,should adjust the collection structure,increases the additional specialized literature safeguard dynamics;In staff troop construction aspect,both must realize that to improves the librarian quality the importance,and must train the specialized librarian who really through many kinds of forms one batch can be engaged in the complex work;Must take Ministry of Education＇s undergraduate course to appraise the work,on the one hand must do everything possible to increase the collection quantity,on the other hand must pay great attention to do many kinds of services;The literature search class is carries on the information education for all-around development to the reader the important means that the library must support the literature search class teacher＇s work,provides the convenient condition as far as possible for them.
