要在众多期刊中独树一帜 ,脱颖而出 ,必须探寻一个适合本校实际的办刊思路和办刊模式 ,必须从鲜明的个性与特色、较高的学术质量及宏观的系统管理与编辑部自身的建设等方面加强和提升 ,这样学术期刊才能历久弥新 ,长足发展。
To be stylistic and competitive, an academic journal should find a suitable idea and mode for itself; it should also have distinct character and feature, high academic quality, excellent systematic management, and the promotion for the development of an editorial office. Thus, the journal will remain original and keep developing in the long term.
