摘要
文章以农民非农初职为研究对象,用Kaplan-Meier估计和Cox比例风险模型描述与分析了农民非农初职间隔及其影响因素作用的代际差异。研究发现,农民非农初职间隔存在显著的代际差异,新生代农民的非农初职间隔比老一代农民非农初职间隔更短;人口特征等相关变量对新、老两代农民非农初职间隔的影响各不相同,对老一代农民非农初职间隔解释力更强,而对新生代农民非农初职间隔的解释力较弱。这说明,与老一代农民相比,正逐渐成为劳动力市场主力军的新生代农民,其非农职业流动已经具有不同的流动特征,需要加以独立考察。
By employing the Kaplan-Meier estimate and Cox risk proportion model, this paper analyses the intergenerational difference of the intervals of farmers’first non-agricultural job and its determinants. The results reveal that the intervals of the old-generation are significantly longer than that of the young-generation. The impacts of population characteristics, human capital and the post status are different between the old-generations and the young-generations. Compared with the old-generations, the explanatory powers of those variables on the young-generation behavior are weaker, which implies that characteristics differ between the young-generation and the old-generation in terms of migration pattern.
