摘要
目的:考察有柄树舌菌丝适宜的培养条件,为其人工栽培、液体发酵生产提供依据。方法:通过有柄树舌菌丝固体培养生长速度和液体培养生物量的测定,对不同温度、光照、初始pH、碳源、氮源和碳氮比条件下有柄树舌菌丝生长进行了研究。结果:有柄树舌菌丝生长的最佳培养条件是:温度25℃,避光,初始pH5.5,碳源为蔗糖,氮源为酵母膏,适合的碳氮比范围40∶3~100∶3(最适为60∶3)。结论:实验获得的数据将为药用真菌有柄树舌的人工栽培和液体发酵提供参考。
To study the cultural characteristics of mycelia of Ganoderma gibbosum,a medicinal fungus used in China.The growth rate and biomass of G.gibbosum mycelia were measured under different temperature,lightning carbon and nitrogen sources conditions.It showed that the optimal growth temperature for mycelia was 25 ℃.Darkness was beneficial for mycelium growth.The initial pH 5.5 was suitable.The sucrose was the best carbon source and yeast extract the best nitrogen source,the optimal carbon-nitrogen ratio 60∶2.These conclusions will offer references for further artificial cultivation and liquid fermentation.
