摘要
本文研究了粉冶镍基高温合金FGH95经1200℃-1h冰水冷或1120℃—1h吹风冷固溶处理后于中温区(650℃—950℃)时效产生相的析出情况。其研究结果为FGH95的热变形和热处理工艺提供了重要的依据。
The phase precipitation of P/M Ni-based superalloy FGH95, which first solutioned at 1200℃/1hr. by quenching in ice-water or at 1120℃/1hr, in blowed air respectively, and then aged in the intermediate region of temperatures (650-950℃),has been investigated. The results obtained provide important basis for the beat deformation and treatment of the superalloy studied.
