Spray Formed Superalloys and Their Fabrication Technologies

摘要 简要地总结了喷射成形高温材料近年来的研究状况,包括专用高温材料喷射成形装置、技术及其应用结果。同时比较了喷射成形技术与用常规铸锭冶金工艺和粉末冶金工艺制备高合金化高强度高温合金的异同。通过优化氮气与氩气雾化喷射沉积技术,制备了多种优质高温合金沉积坯,沉积坯整体致密、晶粒细小、组织均匀、无宏观偏析、含气量低、冷热加工性能显著改善、力学性能明显提高。 As a novel technology to directly produce preforms or semi-products of metal materials using rapid solidification technique,spray forming has been rapidly developed to process high-alloyed and hard-to-process superalloys in recent years.The status of the spray forming of high temperature structural materials was briefly reviewed,including the development of the unique spray forming plants,spray atomization-deposition process and their applications.The spray forming route for compositionally complex high-str...
