摘要
通过对ＬＤ泵浦的固体激光器热效应的分析，给出了计算热效应的理论方法，以及紧贴腔结构的实验方法，对ＬＤ泵浦的固体激光器的产业化提供理论与实验基础。
Study on the thermal effect of diode pumped microchip solid state laser for industry is provided ,also the means to realize the structure of compact tie of micro chip .It provides the basis of theoretical and laboratory for industry of diode pumped solid stated laser.
