摘要
设计了LD端面泵浦固体Nd∶YAG连续激光器平台,研究了LD泵浦功率、输出镜透过率和谐振腔腔长对激光器转换性能的影响.该系统可实现连续1.064μm近红外激光输出,转换效率可达42.2%.
LD end-pumped Nd∶YAG solid-state laser system is designed and the effects of LD pump power,transmittance of output mirror,laser resonator length on conversion properties are studied.The near infrared laser of 1.064 μm is obtained and the conversion efficiency of the system is 42.2%.
