摘要
研制了一种中碳含Cr、Mn、Si、Mo、V合金的新型耐磨铸钢(M—1);经热处理后,其组织为板条状马氏休和少量下贝氏体;综合性能良好,在中等冲击工况下具有较高的耐磨性。用M—1钢制造线速度高达50m/s的反击式破碎机打击板运行安全可靠,耐磨性优于高锰钢,达到日本同类产品水平。
A wear-resistant medium carbon cast steel (M-1) alloyed with Cr, Mn, Si, Mo and V has been made and stndied, It is found that a microstructure composed of lath martensite and lower bainite can be resulted after heat-treatment. The steel has good combined properties and higher wear-resistance under medium impact working condition. The reliability of th impact crasher hammer made of M-1 steel can be ensured at the linear speed as high as 50m/s. The wear resistance of these hammers has been shown to be better than those fabricated with Mn13 high manganese steel and as good as the similar products from some Japanese manufacturers.
