摘要
研究奥氏体高锰钢在非强烈冲击工况下提高抗磨性的新途径,采用高锰钢合金化及稀土变质处理、工艺措施,有效地提高抗磨性1.7倍以上,应用于磨煤机击锤获得显著的经济效益。
In this papor,the way of improving wear resistance of high manganese steel under low impact workingceditionhas ptit forward.By medification of RE aid Cr alloying of high manganese steel the wear resistance haseffectively improved and the service life can be raised1.7 times for crasher hammers. Thus the economic bonefit issignificantly raised.
