慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石的治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析12例慢性胰腺炎合并胰管结石患者的临床资料。12例中采用内镜下胰管结石取石术4例；Partington手术6例；Wipple手术1例，并术后证实为胰腺癌；Beger手术1例。结果12例均痊愈，1例合并胰腺癌者于术后17个月死亡。结论胰管结石合并梗阻是阻塞性慢性胰腺炎的常见原因，尽快解除病因、通畅引流是缓解症状，改善胰腺功能及减少并发症的重要手段。
