重视慢性胰腺炎的诊治 被引量：2

摘要 慢性胰腺炎是公认的难治性疾病，病理形态变化多样，主要表现为胰管扩张，或伴狭窄、结石和纤维性萎缩改变，或伴有胰内囊肿形成。大约20％--30％的病例以增生性改变、形成炎性包块为局部表现。疾病导致的顽固性疼痛和内外分泌功能不足或丧失及各种并发症严重影响了患者的生活质量，同时存在的增生性改变也是潜在的癌变基础。近年来，慢性胰腺炎的发病呈上升趋势，胰腺外科住院患者中慢性胰腺炎的构成比已由二十世纪八十年代的1％上升到6．7％。因此，临床医师应重视慢性胰腺炎的诊断和治疗。
