摘要
根据滚子齿式凸轮分度机构的啮合原理,建立了蜗形凸轮基于XK-5001双联动坐标专用数控铣床加工的刀具运动轨迹方程,分析了刀具轨迹的确定问题,通过数控编程实现了蜗形凸轮的数控加工。经批量生产表明:用该项技术加工的产品不仅完全达到图纸的设计与使用要求。
Based on the engagement principle of roller gear cam mechanism,the paper builds the cutter moving tracks equation of scroll cam for XK-5001 style double rotary coordinate numerically controlled special milling machine. It analyses how to get the cutter moving tracks. The scroll cam can be made by the numerically controlled programming. Batch processing shows that the product from this technology not only satisfies the needs of designing and using but also has higher economic feasibility and dependability.
