摘要
为了解决卷板机结构设计中各相关参数的确定问题,使其能够以数学公式的方式表达出来,避免由经验而得出某些参数过于偏大的情况,采用理论分析的方法,推导三辊卷板机各主参数之间的关系,并建立相应的力学模型及数学模型,研究应用结果表明,由此得出的技术参数比参考同规格型号的参数要小,由此设计生产的卷板机在保障安全可靠的前提下,在减重方面应用可观。
In order to solve the problem of definite instructure design relative parameters of rolling machine, relative parameters can be expressed in the way of mathematical formula,avoiding the condition that some parameters are far too big because of experience,adopting the method of theoretical analysis.Its aim is to inquire into the relation of main parameter of rolling machine with three rolls and set up corresponding mechanic model and mathematics model,as the result of practice and study.Its parameters are smaller than others,when its work is safe and reliable,the rolling machine in this way is valuable in this respect of reducing weight.
