双苄胺醇的合成 被引量:1

摘要 用简便的方法合成双苄胺醇。以取代苯甲醛、乙二胺为原料,甲苯为溶剂,经缩合反应生成双席夫碱;席夫碱经硼氢化钠还原得到双苄胺;双苄胺与氯乙醇发生取代反应生成目标物双苄胺醇。结果:合成了4个双苄胺醇化合物。并对目标产物进行了^1H NMR确证。
