摘要
逗号刮刀长期工作中,存在较大的挠曲变形,影响工作精度。文章提出了一种新的逗号刮刀组合装置,可以根据刮刀上所受力的大小,调整刮刀受力达到平衡,从而实时地调节或者消除逗号刮刀的挠曲变形量。并对在弯矩作用下的挠曲线进行了优化分析,推出了力矩扳手所加转矩与刮刀体所受载荷的经验公式,并与某厂实际应用的逗号刮刀进行了对比分析。
In the long working period comma blade exists flexible deformation, which influencing the working precision. This paper presented a new blade′s assemble device which can adjust force balance depending on the force magnitude acting on the blade, so can get real-time adjust or eliminate the flexible deformation on comma blade. Optimizing analysis of flexible curve under the moment of flexure, the paper put forwared an empirical formula of the torque and the blade body suffered load. Taking a factory′s comma blade in the practical application as an example, a comparative analysis was conducted.[Ch,4 fig.10 ref.]
