摘要
研究Mg2+对脑缺血大鼠血浆及脑组织ET-1含量的影响,进一步探讨Mg2+保护缺血神经元的机制。方法用双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠脑缺血模型,用RIA法测定注射Mg2+前后脑缺血大鼠血浆及脑组织中ET-1含量。结果Mg2+可降低脑缺血时血浆及脑组织中ET-1的含量。结论Mg2+通过降低脑缺血时增高的ET-1,起到保护缺血神经元的作用。
Objective To study the effect of magnesium ion on endothelin-1(ET-1) levels in plasma and brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia. So as to investigate the mechanism of protecting ischemic neuron of magnesium ion. Methods We established rat cerebral ischemia models of bilateralcarotid communis artery occlusion with ligation,determined the leves of ET-1 in plasma and brain tissueof rats with cerebral ischemia before and after injection Mg2+ by RIA. Results This study showed thatmagnesium ion can decrease the levels in plasma and brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia. Conclusion The results implied that magnesium ion can protect the ischemic neurons through decreasing theincreased ET-1 with cerebral ischemia.
