Research on Teachers'Evaluation of the Teaching and Research University Based on Fuzzy Multi-attribute Decision-making Theory

摘要 以落实科学发展观、建设教学研究型大学教师评价机制为背景,通过专家调研,将思想政治素质、科研能力、教学能力、本科生人才培养能力和研究生人才培养能力等属性确定为备选方案的决策属性集,针对该问题属性集合具有模糊性的特点,将基于投影的三角模糊数多属性决策方法应用于教学研究型大学教师评价问题,为该类问题提供了一个新的决策思路。 With a view of implementing scientific development and building teachers'evaluating mechanism of the teaching and research university,the attributes such as ideological and political quality,scientific research ability,teaching ability,undergraduate cultivating ability and postgraduate cultivating ability were used for decision-making attributes set,by means of experts investigation.The paper used fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making methods that based on projective triangular fuzzy number to study the teachers'evaluation problem in teaching and research university,and gave a new decision-making way to solve this problem taking consideration of fuzzy characters of decision-making attributes.
