摘要
通过正交试验优选出对球铁曲轴具有较好氮化效果的CCl_4加入量和其他工艺参数。结果表明:加入1%的CCl_4不仅有利于优化渗层性能,减少曲轴弯曲变形,而且可缩短工艺时间,提高经济效益。
The CCl_4 addition amount and other process parameters having better nitridation effect was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed, that adding I % CCl_4. not only improved the property of nitrided layer, reduce bending deformation of the crankshaft, and also shorted the process time and increased economic benifit.
