摘要
我国动漫产业还不成熟,绝大多数动漫企业原创能力不高,以代工模式为主,位于国际价值链的下游。因此,自主创新是动漫代工企业的长期生存和发展的必然选择。对动漫代工企业及其自主创新动力机制进行了概述;然后探讨了自主创新的动力要素,并指出在外部环境稳定的前提下,企业、政府和市场在动漫代工企业自主创新的动力要素中是起主导作用的;最后,对提升动漫代工企业自主创新能力的几点对策进行了总结。
Chinese animation industry is in the growth stage of market cycles.The vast majority of animation companies is lack of sufficient capacity of original innovation,mainly in foundry patterns,which is located downstream of the international value chain.Therefore,independent-innovation is the inevitable choice for the animation foundry business＇s long-term survival and development.The paper had a good analysis on dynamic factor.Firstly it overviewed the animation OEM enterprise and its dynamic mechanism for indigenous innovation;and then discussed the dynamic elements of innovation,and pointed out that,under the premise of a stable external environment,enterprise,government and market are playing a leading role;finally it proposed several countermeasures to enhance the ability of indigenous innovation for foundry busineses.
