摘要
技术创新是企业与其他社会组织和个人产生多种联系以获得创新资源的过程,必须建立社会资本与企业技术创新的和谐环境,形成由相应协会组织介入的互相信任的社会氛围。营造社会资本环境,促进技术创新,应从政策上创建以下五种范式,即企业共享范式、知识创新范式、系统化范式、空间化范式和网络化范式。
Technological innovation is a process in which businesses and organizations are able to link so as to get innovation resources. The harmonous surroundings must be set up for social capital and technological innovation of business. Five models is created in this thesis.
