摘要
本文首先利用Ellison和Glaeser构造的衡量产业集聚度的指数测算了2000-2008年我国高技术产业5大行业的集聚指数,并选取体现高技术产业的产出、获利、创新、出口等各方面能力共计8项指标测算了产业竞争力综合指数,随后运用灰色关联分析方法计算了产业集聚指数、R&D人员、资本存量、科技经费中政府资金与产业竞争力指数的灰色关联度,分析结果表明产业集聚是影响我国高技术产业竞争力的重要因素。最后针对全文的分析提出了我国高技术产业发展的对策建议。
This paper uses industry concentration index that is constructed by Ellison and Glaeser to measure the concentration degree of 5 major high-tech industries in China from 2000 to 2008. High-tech industry output, profit, innovation, exports and other capability indices are selected to estimate the high-tech industry competitiveness, and the paper uses the gray relational analysis method to calculate the grey correlation degree between the industry competitiveness index and industry agglomeration index, R&D personnel, capital stock, science and technology funds from the government. The results indicate that high-tech industry agglomeration is the most important factor which affects the industry competitiveness. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of China's high-tech industry.
