摘要
目的探讨连班制模式在临床科室应用的效果。方法将试验组科室护士进行连续性排班并根据护士工作年限及工作能力进行分组管理,实行组长负责制。与同期责任制护理组对照,从医患满意度、护理工作质量方面进行比较。结果患者对护士工作满意度(98.2%)高于对照组(94.1%),P<0.05;医生对护士工作满意度(94.1%)高于对照组(67.7%),P<0.05;护理质量明显高于对照组,P<0.05.结论连班制排班能使护理人力相对均衡,达到无缝隙护理,有利于保证护理安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the even shifts model in the clinical application. Methods Nurses of experimental group were arranged continuously and managed by grouping management according to nurse's work life and work ability. Leader system was carried on comparing with the nurse group of same responsibility. The patients satisfaction and nursing quality were compared. Results Patient's satisfaction of observation group (98.2%) was higher than that of control group(94.1%)(P0.05). Doctor's satisfaction(94.1%)of observation group was higher than which of control group (67.7%)(P0.05). Nursing quality was obviously higher than that of control group(P0. 05). Conclusion Even shifts scheduling system can make the nursing manpower relative balance,achieve seamless care and ensure safety. It is worth to popularize in clinic.
