摘要
高校智力资本的综合评价问题已经引起学者很大的关注。提出一种新的基于"软计算"的模糊评价方法,采用消除个人主观波动和整体波动的模糊构权法,利用模糊曲线作为隶属函数对五所高校智力资本进行综合评价,再运用聚类分析方法得出其智力资本的合理分类。
The comprehensive evaluation of university intellectual capital has aroused great concern.In this paper,one fuzzy evaluation method based on a new ＇soft computing＇ is given,and a weight law is given to eliminate subjective fluctuations and the overall fluctuations.Fuzzy curve is used as membership function.Comprehensive evaluation of five universities＇ intellectual capital is carried out,then the use of cluster analysis of its intellectual capital can draw a reasonable classification.
