摘要
高校是人力资源主要的集中地,做好高校人力资源的优化配置工作对于高校的发展具有重要的意义。为了了解我国高校人力资源配置的总体情况,本为运用文献分析的方法,对我国高校人力资源配置情况进行了分析,指出我国高校人力资源配置亟需解决的问题:确立高校人力资源管理战略规划、构建现代高校人力资源管理体系、优化高校师资队伍的结构构成。
Highier institutions are the main concentration ground of the human resources.The work of optimizing the human resources in hghier institutions will accelerate the development of hghier institutions. To undersdand the allocation in genneral about human resources in hghier institutions, this article makes use of document analysis and analyzing the human resources allocation in hghier institutions in China. This article points out the problems which are settled urgently about human resources allocation in hghier institutions in China.. These problems are as follows: establishing human resources management strategic panning in highier institutions; establishing a modem human resources management system in hghier institutions; optimizing the framework of teachers in hghier institutions.
