摘要
本文介绍一种曲柄移动导杆齿轮组合机构,并对此机构作了运动分析和综合。若将这种机构作为间歇运动机构,输出构件的运动平稳(正弦加速度运动规律),综合方法极简单。若将这种组合机构中的曲柄移动导杆换为凸轮,成为凸轮齿轮组合机构,则能满足更复杂的运动要求。
This paper presents a combine mechanism of geared crank-and-translating guided link, one of the typical combine mechanism connected in parallel. The kinematic analysis and synthesis of the mechanism are given. Taking the mechanism under consideration as an intermittent movement one, the output member runs smoothly(sine acceleration motion), and the synthesis method is very simple. Substituting cam for crank-and-translating guided link in the mechanism, the combine mechanism of the cam-gear type can satisfy more complicated kinematic requirements.
