摘要
普通槽轮机构的运动系数仅为有限几个数值,槽轮起动和停止时刻存在一定的冲击。本文用椭圆齿轮机构作为槽轮机构的前置机构,从降低槽轮的最大角加速度和减小冲击以及改变槽轮的运动系数等方面进行了机构的分析与综合。
The kinematic factors of conventional sheave wheel mechanisms are limited to a small number of mag nitudes. Duing the start up and stoppage of sheave wheels there exists a certain amount of shock. With an elliptical gear mechanism serving as a front positioned mechanism for the sheave wheel the authors have performed an analysis and synthesis of the mechanism from the aspects of lowering the maximum angular acceleration and shock of the sheave wheels as well as modifying their kenematic factor, etc.
