摘要
通过自然放置、恒温恒湿、激励等6种方法对"铬镁钛"系湿敏电阻器进行老化实验,并对器件进行阻湿特性检测,研究陶瓷湿敏电阻器的稳定性,得到了有效改善湿敏电阻器稳定性的几种方法。
By using six experimental methods(including natural placement,constant temperature and humidity,inspiring method,etc),the aging test of humidity sensitive resistor "Cr-Mg-Ti" system was carried out.The resistance humidity character of different ceramic humidity sensitive resistors and their stability were detected.Several effective methods were chosen to improve the stability of humidity sensitive resistors.
