摘要
针对目前湿敏元件在生产过程中还停留在手工测试而存在的一些问题,对电容式湿敏元件进行了详细分析,利用电容式湿敏元件的等效形式,阐述了使用复数电压法对湿敏元件的测量过程,建立了复数电压法电容式湿敏元件性能测试数学模型.该数学模型经过实验测试,湿敏元件测量范围在30~100pF之间,测量的相对误差可达±0.2%.
As for the drawback of manual work on testing capacitive humidity component, the thesis analyzed the capacitive humidity component in detail. It also discussed the process of using complex number voltage to measure the capacitive humidity component by the equivalent form of the capacitive humidity component. The paper set up the measuring mathematics model of complex number voltage to capacitive humidity component. The measuring mathematics model has been tested, capacitance rang being from 30pF to 100pF, and the accuracy of quality factor to ±0.2%.
