ECONOMIC VIEW OF CIM SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

摘要 本文提出了评价CIM系统经济效益的一个系统化的方法。文中把设计CIM系统时的效益分析建立在考虑了项目生命周期的一个多层次的体系结构上,介绍了体现CIM系统经济方面的结构化视图的建模方法。为了降低各种成本因素的复杂性,该方法采用了ABC法(基于活动的成本核算法),将底层活动的效益,包括可计量的和不可计量的,都有层次地集结进较高层的活动中。对于CIM评价的多重性特点,则用AHP法(层次分析法)来处理。本文还给出了经济视图和其它视图之间的联系。 This paper proposes a systematic approach to assess economic merits of CIM system. In this approach, the benefit analysis is based on a multiple layer architecture with consideration of project life cycle. It also introduces a modeling formalism to present a structured view of economic aspect of CIM system. The complexity of various cost factors is reduced through application of Activity Based Costing(ABC) method. The benefits of low level activities, both tangible and intangible, are hierarchically aggregated into higher level activities. The multiple criteria aspect of CIM justification is treated with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. The necessary linkages between economic view and other views is also provided. A simple example was used to illustrate this approach.
