摘要
运用Petri网对邮区中心局生产作业工作流过程模型进行设计,在表达工作流和业务逻辑基础上,对工作流性能进行分析,同时采用面向流程的工作流技术对中心局作业进行仿真设计。旨在适应邮区中心局作业系统建模和分析过程中所提出的多种要求,去除现有中心局流程中冗余的作业环节,有效改善作业链的协同能力和协作水平。实验结果表明,试点二级中心局的时限提高20%左右,总包的逾限率、差错率和损失率减少60%以上,为中心局业务流程改进和成本评估提供了有效的技术支持。
To design the model of production workflow process in center office of postal area with Petri net, this paper analyses the performance of the workflow based on the expression of workflow and business logic. We make simulation design about the business of center office of postal area by using procedure oriented workflow technology. It meets the various demands of systematical modeling and analysis process in the center office of postal area production, removes the redundant links in the round procedure, improve the collaborative level and capacity of production chain effectively. The experimental result indicates, improves by about 20% in time limit of center office of postal, the ones that always wrap up exceed limit rate, mistake rate and losing rate reduce more than 60%, providing technical support to the procedure promotion and cost evaluation in it.
