简述了电力系统调度控制中的集中调度控制和分层调度控制,电网调度指挥系统中的国家级总调度、大区级调度、省级调度、地区级调度和县级调度。为了解决集中调度控制的缺点和不足,现代大型电力系统普遍采用分层调度控制,而分层(多级)调度控制涉及电网自动电压控制、自动发电控制的分层控制与协调等重要技术;与集中调度控制相比,分层(多级)调度控制优势明显。
The paper is concentrated scheduling and hierarchy scheduling of electric power system, electricity grid schedu- ling directing system is divided into national level scheduling, big region level scheduling, provincial level scheduling and municipal level scheduling as well as prefecture level scheduling regulated explicitly. In order to solve the defects of con- centrated scheduling, nowadays, large scale electric power system generally adopts hierarchy scheduling, hierarchy schedu- ling involves important technology such as automatical power generation hierarchy scheduling and coordinated technology, etc, compared with the concentrated scheduling, the superiority of hierarchy scheduling is prominent.
