摘要
大中型火电厂高低压加热器的疏水调节器普遍存在着执行机构动作频繁、易磨损、易腐蚀及可靠性差的问题。文中介绍一种利用汽液两相流的流动特性控制水位的全新思维方式的新型水位控制器———汽液两相流自调节水位控制器,并论述了该新型水位控制器的工作原理、性能及在300MW机组上的应用情况。
Problems exist widespreadly in the drain water regulators of high and low pressure feedwater heaters of large and medium size thermal power plants, such as frequent acting of actuator, wearing, corrosion and low reliability, etc. problems. This paper introduces a new type water level controller using the flowing characteristics of steam liquid two phase flow to control water level, i.e.automatic water level controller of steam liquid two phase flow and describes the working principles, performance of such type water level controllers and their application in 300 MW generating units.
