摘要
文章从一个实例出发，阐述了采用客户／服务器方式进行变电站管理信息系统开发研究的设计和优化方法，并对开发实例的结构和功能进行了介绍。
Based on the client/server mode a design and optimization method of developing the Management Information System(MIS) for substation which is successfully applied in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau is expounded in this paper, the structure and function of the system is presented.
