摘要
介绍了已在浙江嘉兴电力局投运的变电运行管理信息系统。它基于分布式结构 ,采用了面向班组、面向基础数据的设计思想。由设备管理、运行管理、抄表管理、操作票管理、班组管理和安全管理 6大功能模块组成。其投运不仅大大减轻了变电运行人员的工作负担 。
A management information system (MIS) for substation in Jiaxin Electric Power Bureau is presented in this paper. In the development of the system the distributing architecture, user oriented and data oriented programming method are used. Six modules are included in this system, they are: equipment management, operation management, metering management, switching order management, shift management and security management. Application of this system makes the work of operators easier. Putting this system to operation improves the management level of power transmission and distribution enterprise.
