摘要
结合实践经验和分析相关文献,提出开展基于网络的教师培训的内涵,其中功能齐全的网络教学平台是基础,而教学设计是提高网络教学培训质量的核心。
This paper combining the author＇s practical experience and analysing of a large number of relevant literature,put forward to the content of Web-based teacher training.Full-featured network teaching platform is the foundation,and instruction design is the core of improving the quality of Web-based teacher training.
