摘要
教学查房作为研究型医院的基础任务,既是培养各层次医学人才的重要途径,又是强化师资队伍建设的重要手段,对构建研究型医院核心竞争力至关重要。本文简要介绍研究型医院教学查房的目标,同时对我院教学查房中存在的共性问题进行分析,并从管理体制、师资队伍建设、具体操作、理念学习与借鉴等方面进行探讨并提出相关对策。
Didactical ward round,a fundamental task of a research-oriented hospital,is not only a very important method to train different kinds of medical students,but also an important means to intensify the construction of teachers,thus playing an important role in constructing the core competitive power of a research-oriented hospital.The aim of didactical ward round in a researchoriented hospital was introduced and its common problems were analyzed.Some countermeasures were proposed in concern of its management system,construction of teachers,specific operation,concept learning and experiences that should be drawn on.
