摘要
文章从分析图书馆制度入手,指出现行图书馆制度的制定和执行缺乏信息自由、平等、共享和以人为本的伦理诉求。作者引入制度伦理理念,从其公正性和社会性角度探讨图书馆制度的合理性和合法性,对和谐图书馆的构建具有重要意义。最后,文章指出和谐图书馆的构建必须从制度伦理角度弥补制度的实质性缺失,着手对现行图书馆制度进行变革和伦理重建。
The article begins with library regulation, in which it indicates that formulation and implementation of the existing library system is in the shortage of freedom, equality, sharing and people - oriented requirement. It is indispensable to bring in institutional ethics philosophy and approach rationality and legitimacy of library system from view of fairness and social, in the process of building a harmonious library. Therefore, in reality, we must compensate for lack of a system of substantive from institutional ethics philosophy and start reform and rebuilding of ethics.
